The location was good and fantastic for Sydney, so close to Sydney International airport, and the terminal. Had facilities needed in my double room, including climate control, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card. All of the staff was helpful and outstandingly accommodating...

The staff here were super helpful and went out of their way to assist us – they were really accommodating 🌟. Our room had everything we needed like climate control, a big flat-screen TV, and even ironing facilities to keep our clothes fresh and neat.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, being right at the airport. It made it so easy to find and made my transit seamless. The privacy of the room was another bonus, allowing me to relax and rest after a long flight. The shower was refreshing and the bed, although firm, provided a comfortable sleep for the night.

The lack of communication or presence from the staff at the front desk was a major downside. Waiting for them to arrive after a long flight was not ideal.

If you're looking for a convenient location before an early morning international flight, this hotel is perfect! Situated right in the airport, it saves you the hassle of commuting. The rooms are cozy, with walls on three sides providing a sense of privacy. The bathroom is well-maintained and equipped. The service is good, with helpful staff quickly rectifying any issues. Although there are no windows, the modern and clean facilities make up for it.

The hotel lacks storage space for luggage if you arrive early.
